Harbour House Hotel

A refined boutique hotel with dark brick and bronze metal facade. A manicured courtyard entry with a sculptural water feature establishes an arrival sequence of understated luxury.

The design process began with a deep understanding of the site and its context — the movement of light through the day, the relationship to neighbouring structures, and the rhythms of the people who would inhabit the space. Every material choice, spatial proportion, and threshold was considered as part of a coherent whole.

Working closely with the client through an iterative design-build process, we were able to maintain design intent from concept through construction — ensuring that what was imagined is precisely what was built.
